As a rule, the Reservation Form is compiled for 30 days from the date of signing (sometimes longer, by mutual agreement), that is, during this period you need to pay the full cost of the selected apartment (including reservation), or make the first payment to sign the Purchase Agreement sales, if the purchased option implies payment by installments from the Developer.

The second stage and the most responsible is the signing of the final Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer and an extract from the Seller to the Buyer in the notary public office of Hurghada Taukil (General Power of Attorney) from the Seller:
You can complete the transaction in two ways — first, to fly to Hurghada personally to one of the Buyers or to all participants in the transaction, or to transfer the missing amount before full payment through the bank, again, to the official account of our Company at CIB-Egypt. When transferring through a bank from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and European countries, the commission varies from 1% to 2.5% (depending on the bank) on the amount transferred. Take into account bank holidays in the country where the transfer is from.

Further, after receiving the funds, we (with or without you) complete the sale and purchase transaction process (we sign a correctly drawn up Sale and Purchase Agreement in Arabic and Russian languages ​​with the Seller (English is possible instead of Russian), we write out Taukil in the notary public in your name (or several names, if several buyers are owners).
